This new restaurant just opened right in the heart of Black Mountain. The food and service is excellent and they have plenty of outdoor seating. They source from local farmers and their seasonal menus are always new and different.

South African cuisine in Asheville, NC – paired with great drinks and a mini farm.
This new spot has the best natural wine and oysters in town. This is a foodies paradise.
This cafe is a great place to get some work done or take a meeting. I love their bubble teas.
Another farmers market find. Silver Moon chocolates are infused with adaptogens and so thoughtfully made. The founder hosted a very special birth blessing cacao ceremony for me with their cult favorite cacao drink that I am hooked on.
A farmers market favorite! Sara makes the most delicious ferments and hot sauce locally in Weaverville. Her kimchi shot was a pregnancy lifesaver.
Hands down best kombucha in the game. Made with honey and an array of delicious flavors.

A deeply respected yoga studio in the Black Mountain NC community, just 20 minutes from Asheville. A full and regular schedule including heated classes, gong baths and meditation.
A popular spot to ice and sauna in AVL.
If you are looking for a more intimate/private sauna experience this is a great date spot.

This market is smaller than the North Avl tailgate but is located on a shaded grassy field and a great spot to meet up with friends and walk around town afterwards. Open Saturday Morning 9-12pm.
We look forward to this market every week. It is where we get our pastured and grass fed stock bones and organ meats. Open Saturdays.
