This Spring Equinox we are offering A Living Funeral Ceremony, led by grief worker, herbalist, and artist Kaitlyn Pietras. In honor of the season, we will be featuring Rosemary as a plant ally in this practice.
Originally created by Emily Cross of Steady Waves Center, the Living Funeral Ceremony is an immersive meditative experience that encourages participants to face their own mortality. Through engaging in their own memorial and guidance through a death visualization, participants embark on atransformative journey, bringing about a profound shift in perspective.
