Founded in 2005, Rawtopia uses low-temperatures to prepare their raw food offerings, ensuring that all the essential enzymes and nutrients are preserved. They use only organic, sustainable, gluten-free, and non-GMO ingredients.
Not entirely raw, they also serve all-natural bison meat and wild-caught Salmon on some of our cooked dishes.
Menu highlights include the Dandelion salad, he Little Cauliflower Delight, and the Egousi, which was Inspired by West African stew. Though I haven’t tried them, they claim to be known for their smoothies.
