Housing Works is more than a vintage & resale store, it’s a healing community with a mission to end the dual crises of homelessness and AIDS through advocacy, lifesaving services, and vintage stores.
Housing Works has a bookstore and several thrift locations throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. They even have a pop-up bookstore for private events. The Chelsea location has a gorgeous curated selection of vintage furniture & furnishings and the Crosby Street bookstore is one of my favorite places to sit and read while sipping on coffee.
