Getting Paid

Where can you access your funds?

Universe Wallet:
  1. Login to your Universe account, go to your Dashboard.
  2. From your Dashboard, select your balance from the right side of your screen.
  3. From your balance page, select the ‘Withdraw Funds’ button.
  4. Once you select ‘Withdraw Funds’, you’ll be brought to the withdrawal form. Enter the details for your withdrawal and select the ‘Request Withdrawal’ button at the bottom of the page.
  5. A modal will appear to review your withdrawal details. Once reviewed, click ‘confirm’ to submit your request.
  6. Once confirmed, you will be brought to a confirmation screen. This means we have received your request and it is currently under review. The review process takes 1-2 business days on average.
  7. Once your request has been approved, an email will be sent to the email address entered on your withdrawal request to set up your Universe Payouts account. Select the ‘Activate Account’ button and follow the instructions provided.
Stripe
  • Funds will be automatically pulled to your Stripe account as tickets are purchased

What is the service & processing fee?

Universe wallet: Universe service and processing fee: 5% + $3 + 3%

Stripe: Universe service fee (5% + $3) + Stripe processing fee (3%)

Universe only supports these locations: North America (Canada & United States) and Europe (Aland Islands, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Isle of Man, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, and United Kingdom)


Checkout

How to set up checkout questions

  1. Login to your Universe account, go to My Events, and select the event you would like to manage.
  2. From your Event Manager, select the Checkout Questions option from the menu down the left side of your screen.
  3. To add a question, click the ‘Add a Question’ button at the top of your screen and choose your question type or select a preset question. A preview of each question you set will show on the right side of the page.
  4. Note: Information collected from the buyer (once per order) will show in your Orders Report and information collected per ticket will show in the Attendees Report.

How to create add ons

  1. Login to your Universe account, go to your Dashboard page and click on the ‘Add-ons’ tab.
  2. To create an add-on, click ‘Create add-on’ and enter the details for your add-on. Save as a draft or create your add-on by clicking on the ‘create add-on’ button at the bottom of your screen.

Visibility

Why can’t I see my event on Conscious City Guide?

Your event will appear on our site within 2 hours of your publishing it. It appears immediately on universe.com if you can’t see you event within 2 hours please contact us.

Why can’t I add my location?

At this time, the location mapping of Universe only supports events in these locations: North America (Canada & United States) and Europe (Aland Islands, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Isle of Man, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, and United Kingdom). Our workaround is simple and is as follows:

  1. Please set location to a USA city, closest to your time zone.
  2. Add extra clarity in your event Title and event Description with the location of the event
  3. The location for your Conscious City Guide page will be automatically updated for you.

Attendees

Where can I find attendee emails & details?

  • You can generally view your attendee details from the Orders & Attendees page in event backend.
  • You can also download the Attendees report from your ‘Event Manager’, and select the ‘Reports’ option from the menu down the left side of your screen. This will allow you to download a CSV or XLS file of all your attendee data.

How to download reports

  1. Login to your Universe account, go to My Events, and select the event you would like to manage.
  2. From your ‘Event Manager’, select the ‘Reports’ option from the menu down the left side of your screen.
  3. Select your report and click on your preferred file format to download.

How to embed ticket widgets into my site?

  1. Login to your Universe account, go to My Events, and select the event you would like to manage.
  2. Select ‘Embeddable Widgets’ from the menu on the left side of your screen and choose the widget you would like to embed from the widget options (i.e. button, tickets, direct link, event listings or calendar).
  3. Copy the code provided and paste it into the code of your website where you would like the widget to appear.
