How can I contact the event host?

  • Event hosts will have their contact/website details in their event description. If they don’t, please email us and we’ll put you in contact with them.

Can I pay with a payment plan?

  • Payment plans are set up by the organizer of the event. They have the option to activate payment plans per event, set the number of milestones (payments) and determine on which dates those payments are taken.
  • As a buyer, if payment plans are activated on the event you are purchasing tickets to, you will see the option to ‘pay with payment plan’ under ‘payment options’ at checkout. Once you select that option you will see a breakdown of what you will be charged and on what dates.
  • You will be charged the first installment plus the non-refundable payment plan fee immediately at checkout, and the remaining installments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the installment dates.
