This ceremony includes a sacred plant medicine microdose to support deeper connection and embodiment.

Our plant ally for this event is Kanna, a plant native to South Africa that has been used for millennia by the Khoisan people for its psychoactive and heart-opening properties.

Traditionally, Kanna has been valued for its ability to:

• Alleviate fear and stress
• Promote emotional openness and connection
• Support a sense of well-being and presence

In a microdose, Kanna gently helps you drop out of the mind and into the body—making it easier to access truth, clarity, and authentic desire.
