Through self-love coaching, reflective prompts, and soulful tools, you’ll be guided to release pressure, embrace self-acceptance, and tune into what your soul truly needs. I created this space because I know what it’s like to give everything to others while leaving nothing for yourself. As a mother, a dedicated professional, and someone who always strived to do more, I stretched myself too thin—until my body, mind, and soul felt the weight of it. The exhaustion, the pain, the quiet erosion of self-worth—it all built up until I had no choice but to pause and find a different way. That journey led me to deep self-healing, and now, as a Life-Enhancing Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Author, I’ve made it my mission to help others reclaim their power, just as I had to reclaim mine. The Soul Spa Circle is the space I wish I had back then—a place where you can pause, breathe, and prioritize yourself without guilt. It is a place to hold, heal, and honour who you truly are beneath the roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

Who is this for?This is for women who are always giving, doing, and holding space for others—but need a space to pause, breathe, and be held themselves. If you feel stretched thin, struggle to slow down, or want to reconnect with your true self, this circle is for you. 

What is the importance of self-love energy?

Self-love isn’t just about bubble baths and affirmations—it’s about holding, healing, and profoundly honouring yourself. When we give ourselves time to learn tools to master self-awareness, we regain energy, clarity, and inner stability, allowing us to navigate life with more ease and confidence. 

Do I need experience with meditation, journaling, or self-growth?

No experience is needed! These sessions are gentle and beginner-friendly, with simple tools that anyone can use.

How do I prepare for the session?

To create a peaceful, nourishing experience, I recommend finding a quiet, safe space to feel calm. 

Have Zoom ready and your journal and pen for self-reflection. 

Bring your favourite soul-nourishing drink.

Minimize distractions for a peaceful experience, and come with an open heart and mind. 

Will there be a replay if I miss a session?

For now, sessions are live-only to maintain a sacred and personal space, but I may offer replays in the future.

Is there a cost to join?

These sessions are offered as a gift to support women on their self-love journey. If one feels an energy exchange is important, then (donations) may be introduced later. However, they will always be optional.
