Start your morning with The Art of Being YOU, a gentle moving session led by Gabriel Carrion-Gonzales (9 AM – 10 AM) — a grounding hour focused on breath, body care, and embracing your authentic self. 🌿

Then flow into our Upcycle Workshop (10 AM – 12 PM), where you’ll transform your own clothing into a walking banner for what you stand for. Bring a jacket, jeans, or tee — we’ll provide all the paint, brushes, and creative guidance you need. The Son of Picasso and 4KINSHIP will be helping guide your process!
