This class is an invitation to arrive—exactly as you are.

We’ll begin with five minutes of guided meditation, giving the body and mind time to settle, breathe, and transition out of the noise of the day. This opening marks the beginning: a conscious pause, a moment of grounding, and a chance to set an intention.

From there, we’ll move into a steady, mindful vinyasa flow designed to build awareness and gentle strength. The middle of class is about exploration—meeting sensation with curiosity, building heat, linking breath to movement, and finding rhythm without rush. 

Options will be offered so you can honor your body’s needs.

We’ll slowly wind down, guiding the nervous system toward stillness, and arrive at a deeply restful savasana. This ending is not a collapse, but an integration—a space to absorb the practice, soften completely, and rest.

This class is perfect for those new to yoga or anyone seeking a nourishing reset that emphasizes presence, flow, and deep rest.
