In this free monthly event, Quantum Clinic’s founder, Dr. Katelyn Lehman, will host a group Vipassana meditation and dharma talk.
The sanskrit word vipassanā means “to see things as they really are.” This free monthly event draws from principles of buddhist psychology and is intended to support students in deepening their practice of insight through meditation. Students are invited to bring their real life experiences to the class, making for a dynamic and engaging dialogue.
Open to all, no previous experience necessary.
