Breathwork is a powerful tool to move and release stagnant energy. Our sacred breath drops us deeper into our bodies, into the present, to ultimately transcend body and mind.
All breathwork sessions will be amplified and supported with the sweet energy of Reiki – you will receive distance healing from your facilitator, Rabiah, who is a Reiki Master with 9 years of practice.
Our opening ceremony will welcome in the Capricorn New Moon: we will set up our altar, state and share our intentions and breathe together.
We will meet for a shorter session the following week to sustain our collective prayer and to water our individual intentions with our breath and presence.
Our closing ceremony will welcome in the Cancer Full Moon: we will release and celebrate our efforts with a final breathing session and a group integration.
