Kriya I Breath
Kriya I Breath is a powerful breathwork technique that activates the vagus nerve, enhances gamma brainwave activity, and supports the awakening of cosmic consciousness. By learning to tune the breath with precision, this practice refines energy flow, strengthens vitality, and optimizes brain function. It is used before every meditation sit, preparing the system to enter deeper states of awareness. This technique becomes available after at least six months of consistent twice-daily meditation, completion of the Deep Rest Sequence (Rounding) Workshop, and daily practice of the breathwork component from that sequence. Kriya I Breath is taught in a single two-hour session that includes puja, initiation, and experiential instruction.
