Swim in the sacred waters of the lake, ground in the roots of the Redwoods, relax in the dome and sit with community to honor the collective grief and re-birth., Storytelling with Jess Hundley and Liberate Elemental Forces, and Breathwork with Nadia Narain.

The retreat includes:
- A all day access to the grounds and lake 11 am – 6 pm
- Communal Cold Plunge with Jobi Manson of Sēfari 12 pm
- Griefwork with AmarAtma 1 pm
- Storytelling with Jess Hundley and Liberate Elemental Forces 3:30-4 pm
- Breathwork with Nadia Narain 4-5:30 pm

Zaca Lake is a 320 acre private sanctuary surrounded by the Los Padres National Forest in Santa Ynez, located an hour north of Santa Barbara on sacred Chumash Land. Zaca means ‘peaceful valley,’ a quiet place of sacred natural beauty.
