Diet Culture Day: SF is a first-of-its-kind single day wellness summit, open to all ages, backgrounds and journeys.

This single-day intimate group experience incorporates four top Bay Area wellness practitioners for a day of transformative workshops on reframing your relationship with food, movement, and health, plus group yoga, breathwork, guided journaling, massage, real food, honest reflection and new like-minded friends.

You will leave informed, inspired, relaxed, and empowered.

RETREAT SCHEDULE

  • 8:45am: Arrival
  • 9am: Breakfast & Welcome
  • 9:30 – 11am: “Personalizing Your Health” Workshop (Ethan)
  • 11 – 11:15am: Heart Opening Icebreaker (Tankut)
  • 11:15 – 12pm: Heart Opening Yoga Flow (Katrina)
  • 12:00 – 1: Lunch
  • 1 – 2pm: “The Psychology of Diet Culture” Workshop (Dr. Gia)
  • 2 – 2:30: Break
  • 2:30 – 3:30: Journaling, Breathwork & Conscious Restorative (Katrina & Tankut)
  • 3:30 – 4:30: Creating Your Personal Health Plan (Ethan)
  • 4:30 – 5PM: Closing & Group Share
