Subtle plant kinship tends the subtle self, and can be a gentle means of uplifting, nourishing, & getting to know all the layers of oneself. Led by Caroline — a movement teacher, folk herbalist, farmer, & doula who began using flower essences out of curiosity, and has since found a flower-guided path of cultivating her own essences & medicine.
Join us for a 2 hour workshop at Gaia’s Garden to explore what flower essences might have to show you! We’ll gather in a small group of 8, and sit with community seen & unseen to learn about the history of flower essences, discuss different methods of crafting an essence, & share in one another’s company.
No experience necessary.
Alcohol & glycerin will be available for preserving your flower essence.
All materials provided. Feel free to bring something along to contribute to a shared altar, or a flower/plant/herb friend that you would like to have with you in the space. Caroline will provide a selection of flowers & plants for you to choose from when it comes time to create.
If you have a sacred crystal glass vessel you think you would like to utilize in the process, please bring it along! I have vessels to share, but sometimes ones you are familiar with can be the most potent.
