A Nourished Spirit is a four-part writing workshop curated for the Double Take at the Kimpton Palomar using craft cocktails and distinguished wines as our inspiration. Each evening will include curated libations, light bites and all you need to connect pen to paper.

Join us for an evening of creative writing as we dig into our personal terroir. Terroir is combination of soil, topography and climate that impacts a wines’ spirit and flavor. Inspired by the beautiful California wines from Spellbound which have been ‘nurtured by the Sun and balanced by the Moon’ we will explore how our environment has shaped who we are and show up as an expression of our own personal palate.

You don’t have to be ‘good at writing’ to join – just enthusiastic about connecting with others, enjoying a great class of wine and exploring how it feels to put pen to paper.

Guests will also receive 15% off dining at The Double Take the evening of the workshop. A portion of the proceeds benefit Careers Through Culinary Arts Los Angeles which inspires and educates youth throughout Los Angeles.
