Every vision is a seed. Every seed has potential. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to align with your vision, and turn up the dial of possibility.
Over the course of two days, Lila will guide you on an inner journey—to contemplate the past with compassion, reside in the present with reverence, and turn toward the future, empowered and inspired.
On New Year’s Eve, you will move through two somatic practices—the first will be a fiery one to burn up what you’re ready to leave behind (expect to release and express with sound, and strengthening, cardio, and freeing movements), and the second will be a soothing flow that connects you to the subtle body and provides space for you to steep in your intentions. There will also be space for contemplation, writing, sharing insight, and chai.
We’ll meet again on New Year’s Day, and you’ll step into the fire of commitment, with clarity on what you’re creating, and insight behind your intentions. Having cleared old stories that cloud your perception, you can move forward in presence, recognition, and celebration of who you are. Turn up the volume on your vision and align with what matters most. Expect an invigorating movement session, along with meditation, writing, sharing, and chanting your heart out.
