Mercado Sagrado has hosted a number of experiences at Starseed, a dreamy farmstead near the top of Pololū Valley. I recommend attending one of their delicious farm-to-table dinners, staying overnight in one of the beautiful cabins and waking up for an early morning hike down to Pololū Valley.
