Somatic Healing Circle: A Sanctuary for Mothers and Caregivers

about this event

Join us at the Soft Space by Mama Glow for a weekly series of grounding somatic healing sessions in a supportive community space.

In this weekly series, we will create a safe and nurturing space for mothers, caregivers, and anyone in need of healing to come together in community. Each week, we’ll use alternating techniques to focus on re-centering joy, healing the body, and addressing the challenges of grief, overwork, and burnout. Through a blend of yoga, meditation, and somatic healing techniques, you will learn to reconnect with your body, release tension, and rediscover the joy wherever you are along your journey. Each session will end with a meaningful closing ritual to leave participants feeling grounded and inspired to carry the lessons of the session into their daily lives.

In this series we will explore:

  • A Gentle Yoga practice that focuses on stretching, relaxation, and building body awareness to help release physical tension and promote flexibility.
  • Meditation and Mindfulness practices that are specifically designed to address grief and burnout, and cultivate a sense of calm and joy in the present moment.
  • Somatic Healing Techniques to help reconnect with the body, release stored trauma, and promote overall well-being.
  • Community Sharing in a safe space for participants to share their experiences, challenges, and successes, allowing for mutual support and understanding.
  • Breathwork techniques to help manage stress and anxiety, allowing participants to find balance and harmony in their lives.
