AUTUMN ATTUNEMENT
A new cycle of stillness settles as the Light descends into Autumnal realms of the subtle and subconscious. It is a season of liminality. As leaf from tree. Fields found fallow. Ancestors calling. The gift of this time. Slowing down. Deep listening.
Step into an intimate circle of energetic transmission as Sarah offers a small group energy session at the Black Barn Studio at SkyRise Farm to honor deep Autumn and a rising Scorpio New Moon.
Speaking to seasonal themes around power and death, protection in times of vulnerability and highest visioning, we will work with the stones of the season, the dark allies of Smoky Quartz, Black Tourmaline, Onyx and Hematite. Created by Nature to absorb and deflect the shockwaves around us, these Stone Ancestors in their opacity and density are essential medicine for these times. The properties of each and how they can be integrated into personal practices, interiors and upon the land will be explored. Following these insights, Sarah will guide guests through an on body stone treatment accompanied by a meditative sound journey. Each guest will leave with a stone of their choosing.
The morning will close with the transmission of the Bands of Power, an elemental activation of each participant’s core energy centers for fortitude, grounding and protection, a vibrational attunement as she was gifted by the Lineage, her Teachers, and their Teachers before.

YOUR HOSTESS
Form + Light founder Sarah Rigano, is a spacial sensitive, an intuitive of interiors and an awakener of their inhabitants. Having spent close to a decade furthering sustainable design within the fashion and home industries for the likes of CFDA award-winning brands and Fortune 500 companies, Sarah was called in 2011 to a journey of realization that led to her initiation in a range of healing modalities, including: Andean Shamanism (as a full Mesa carrier), Masters in Usui and Shamanic Reiki, Energy Medicine, Stonalism, Vogel Crystal Therapy, Past Life Regression Therapy and Quantum Sound Healing. Sarah holds a deep respect and appreciation for the seen and unseen worlds, recognizing the energy that exists in all, be it animate or inanimate objects, for everything has a frequency, a vibration at which it resonates that informs and inspires. The spaces in which we dwell- our individual, interior and exterior environments are of no exception. From this knowing, her philosophy of Vibrational Design ™ was born; an ideology that is mindful and intent driven, a calling in and manipulation of Light energy and the subtle frequencies of the Natural World in the creation of sacred spaces and immersive experiences for the transformation and realization of higher consciousness. Sarah is based in the Hudson Valley, as the steward(ess) of SkyRise Farm, supporting clients in person and remotely, and traveling globally for interior and environmental collaborations.
