Heal Your HEART: The Journey to Emotional Freedom

about this event

Do you know what it means to “sit with your feelings?” Do you understand how to seek the answers, “from within?” Are you processing your emotions, or do you project or bypass them?

As Rumi famously said, “the wound is the place where the light enters you.” Emotions are a sacred portal for deeper self-understanding and self-awareness. The process of Emotional Awakening is understanding how to explore, process, and transmute our emotions for deep healing and conscious expansion.

Heal Your HEART™ is a 3-hour interactive inquiry workshop for teaching you how to manage difficult or unpleasant emotions using a simple, easy-to-remember tool called HEART™. HEART™ is a 5-step process that brings us closer to ourselves by dissolving the past and future and embracing the present moment.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • The difference between PAIN and SUFFERING
  • How to process STRESS so it doesn’t turn into ANXIETY
  • How to process SADNESS so it doesn’t turn into DEPRESSION
  • How to become intensely PRESENT in your body.
  • What it means to “sit with your feelings” or “go inside.”
  • How to work with HEAL™: my Signature, easy-to-remember method for managing unpleasant emotions, anytime, anywhere.
  • How to access your inner JOY and PEACE

This is an inquiry workshop, which means we’ll have the opportunity to share the space with others in (2) group inquiry sessions. Group inquiry sessions provide a space to explore and communicate our relationship with our emotions in a safe and sacred container. In group inquiry sessions, you will learn:

  • How to listen empathically
  • How to hold space for yourself and others
  • How to see and feel yourself and others intimately
  • How to come in contact with your truth
  • How to speak your truth independently of the image you carry
  • You will come in contact with the relaxation and joy which manifests as you connect deeply with yourself.

The workshop will start with a guided heart-opening meditation, followed by a mix of lecture, Q&A, and breakout sessions for inquiry & journaling.
