That’s why at Breathwork Society all events are curated to enhance your mind, body, soul & spirit. Here we believe that self-care is a combination of: self-awareness, self-acceptance & self-love.
Karishma started Breathwork Society because she realized that she wasn’t the only one who wasn’t prioritizing self-care. When she did, it would consist of nights binge drinking or getting her hair done and manicures. These activities left her more tired, out of alignment, and not at all relaxing, but more stressful. She found that her friends and co-workers also felt the same (and shared the same activities as her). When she discovered breathwork she realized that she could get the deep relaxation and rest she was looking for in a short period of time. Now, she curates events (morning routines, moon circles, breathwork sessions, group chakra healings, and more) to ensure that the people that attend leave feeling at peace, ease, and aligned.
