Put yourself in the expert hands of certified WHM Instructor Brock Cannon, to experience the powerful Wim Hof Method breathing. 

Find out how you can utilize your breath to optimize body & mind. 

The class kicks off with a short introduction to the Wim Hof Method and its three pillars – Breath, Cold and Commitment. 

Brock briefly covers safety, and any effects you might experience during the session, before explaining the basic WHM breathing technique. 

You’ll then bring your consciousness to body & breath for several rounds of WHM breathing. Brock will guide you throughout the session. The class ends with a short meditation, recap, and Q&A. 

 Who is this class for? 

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
