Seasons have reasons. Winter’s calm, stillness and insulation – ideal for introspection, assessment and nurturing – eventually start to feel heavy, sluggish and congested. Spring’s thaw offers relief from this weight and supports us to purge with reckless abandon. We cannot renew and grow along with the rest of Nature if our body/minds are not refreshed!
This class will unfold the traditional Ayurvedic seasonal cleansing practice, discussing in depth what is digestion, how/why our digestive systems naturally become compromised by the end of Wintertime, and why Spring seasonal digestive support is important for tuning the digestive system for improved immunity, vitality and energy, as well as resetting appetites moving into the light, auspicious Spring!
