Wednesday, November 18th
3:30 – 5:00p PST
90 min Live Digital Workshop
Part one of a three-part series of interactive workshops to learn what it means to be white at work and how to be an ally for BIPOC voices.
What does it mean to be white? We’ll explore the repercussions of white-centric work cultures through mindfulness practices and facilitated breakouts to understand how race has shaped our experience.
All are welcome, but we designed this space for white folks to take the educational burden and potential trauma of racism off of the BIPOC community and own the need for change starting with white folks. We implement Relational Mindfulness listening practices and facilitate dialogue to activate each person to dig deeper.
