The intention of this mini morning practice is to offer nervous system support & perspective for the day ahead. Come as you are, I am so excited to practice with you!
What to expect:
- 25 minute practice
- Asana (physical)
- Pranayama (breathwork)
- Meditation
- A curated playlist
To prepare:
- Props: 1-2 yoga blocks or hefty books, yoga mat or towel (or floor – whatever floats your boat).
- A quiet space – option to light a candle, incense, and create your perfect space.
- Download Zoom & ensure it is up to date.
- Queue up your curated playlist.
- Grab your favorite morning elixir!
