Wake Up mini Yoga!

Start your morning with a 25 minute mini Yoga practice. We will explore asana, pranayama, and meditation. Everybody is welcome <3.

The intention of this mini morning practice is to offer nervous system support & perspective for the day ahead. Come as you are, I am so excited to practice with you!

What to expect:

  • 25 minute practice
  • Asana (physical)
  • Pranayama (breathwork)
  • Meditation 
  • A curated playlist 

To prepare: 

  • Props: 1-2 yoga blocks or hefty books, yoga mat or towel (or floor – whatever floats your boat).
  • A quiet space – option to light a candle, incense, and create your perfect space.
  • Download Zoom & ensure it is up to date.
  • Queue up your curated playlist.
  • Grab your favorite morning elixir!
