I feel like outdoor yoga is much needed after a long quarantine. I know I’m ready to safely establish some sort of normalcy and dive back into a sustainable wellness routine moving forward!
It seems like we won’t be back in the studio for a while, so let’s get outside and practice some socially distant Vinyasa!
Classes will be open level with modifications offered for beginners or those with injuries!
I am going to throw out some dates for next week with links to schedule below. I would like to make this an ongoing occurrence, so feel free to give me feedback about additional classes or times you would like to see on the schedule.
Classes will be $15 and will be limited capacity, so make sure you secure your spot ahead of time through the link below.
Be sure to include your phone number when you schedule. Before the class I will drop a pin so you can easily navigate to our location in the park!
If we need to cancel due to weather, I will email you an hour before and you can be refunded or use your class for another session.
