A harvest moon is the full moon that appears closest to the fall equinox which marks the beginning of fall. Fall is a time of transition. It’s a time for us to reconnect with the intuitive, receptive and yielding (yin) aspects of ourselves to balance out the hustle and bustle (yang) energies of the summer months.
Fall is also a time for us to come home to our power and become open to release in order to begin again. Beginnings only arrive when we give space for them to. And when we purge all that is out of alignment with our soul, we make room for what it is that we are truly seeking.

What to expect:
Through sound Kyle will bathe you in sacred sounds from multiple instruments to help silence the mind, melting away boundaries between being awake and being asleep. The rhythmic sound oscillations facilitate the movement of energy through the body to deliver a deep energetic reboot of the nervous system.
Annie will help us prepare for our evening through a grounding breath work meditation settling you into a cosy space to rest deeply and receive her hands on energy healing- Integrated Energy Therapy (aka IET) helping you to release, heal and harmonize on all levels.
