As a leader in the trauma-informed field, Exhale to Inhale trains teachers and professionals who serve trauma survivors.

Now more than ever, communities need trauma-informed tools for holistic healing. Understand the impacts of trauma on mind & body. Develop the skills to create inclusive spaces. Your community needs you. Join our unique online training and you’ll gain the skills you need to lead in a trauma-informed way.

This 16-hour trauma-informed training will be co-facilitated by Exhale to Inhale Lead Trainer, Julie Fernandez.

Day 1 – Friday, October 16th – 6pm to 8pm EST

Day 2 – Saturday, October 17th – 12:30pm to 4:00pm & 5:00pm to 7:30pm EST

Day 3 – Sunday, October 18th – 12:30pm to 4:00pm & 5:00pm to 7:30pm EST

~Plus 2 hours Self-Study~

This training qualifies for Yoga Alliance continuing education credits.
