Meet our panelists:

Michael Pollak, Co-Founder of Heyday (moderating)

After many years of experience in hospitality design and innovation consulting, Michael capitalized on the opportunity to roll up his sleeves and co-found Heyday alongside Adam Ross in 2014. Clinging to the ethos of“expert skincare with a human touch,” he ignited the launch of the disruptive facial shop through careful devotion and dedication. Soon after its introduction, the business raised $3 million in capital, blossomed to now 8 locations, and a staff of over 200 with an eye on expansion, nationwide. When not working on all things Heyday, you might find Michael with his partner at their country home in upstate New York. As a workout (and music) obsessive, he has also personally taught over 1,000 cycling classes. Additionally, he is a formal advisor to WTHN, an acupuncture startup in NYC.
