A time for yourself. To pause, reset, release and recharge. 4 days 3-nights of active and restorative practices designed for emotional release, body awareness, and functional strengthening in a supportive community of like-minded women. Downtime for massages, surfing, and charging up in the sun.  

What’s included:

5 Classes and workshops both Active and Restorative. A mixture of Pilates, Barre, HIIT as well as Yin Yoga, Qi Gong and Body Art.

Location 

Pachamama retreat center + boutique hotel, situated in a desert oasis an hour and a half away from Los Cabos International Airport and La Paz airport, with stunning views of the pacific ocean, offers eco-chic, adobe-style teepees that honor the native culture and natural beauty of the area. Each teepee is air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms. For those who enjoy more traditional lodging, a limited number of ocean-front villas are available for booking. We will have Pachamama all to ourselves and will be able to take full advantage of their many yoga spaces, pool, spa, group dining areas, and beautiful grounds.

Authentic Adobe Style Tepees 

Designed with native culture in mind, air-conditioned Tepees provide a unique accommodation. The adobe and wood construction exterior is complemented by a sleek and modern interior complete with a bathroom, shower, and amenities for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Situated directly outside the villa, there is easy access to the villa’s kitchen, dining hall, and yoga spaces.
