A Breathwork & Happiness Workshop Series: A Journey Into Self

Breathwork Meditation Coach, Jenna Reiss, and Inspirationist & Happiness Expert, Tia Graham, have partnered together to bring you The Mountain Series: a series of healing day retreats to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself, connect with your internal authenticity and happiness. Taking place in the local Santa Monica mountains, this series can be purchased as a package with all (3) sessions, or individually.

Each workshop we will follow a similar flow including:

  • Opening Circle: Intention setting
  • Explore the Science of Happiness in relation to day’s theme with interactive talks and exercises
  • Nature Walk
  • Healthy Lunch
  • Circle Work & Intuitive Coaching
  • Breathwork Meditation
  • Reflection Circle

This workshop is for A Journey Into Self – September 15 @10-4pm

A Journey Into Self

Join Happiness Expert, Tia Graham, and Breathwork Meditation Coach, Jenna Reiss, for a day in Mother Nature journeying into your relationship with yourself.

All relationships stem from the relationship that you have with yourself. What are your authentic values and what gives you meaning?

Tapping into your own authenticity, into your values, and your relationship with yourself means living in full alignment with who you are in every moment of everyday. Sitting in circle together we’ll call upon our wild hearts, ask them where they are today in this moment, and uncover what they need to continue strengthening your relationship with yourself so you can free the wild authentic you. Today you will learn and integrate how to heal your relationship with yourself to increase your level of happiness and the wellbeing of those around you.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a 2-step active breathing technique that moves stagnant energy in the body. This practice can leave you feeling cracked open and more ready to step into your life as your authentic, natural self.
