The Healer’s Journey: Creative Rituals for Self-Love and Wisdom

about this event

Everyone is a healer. Yet many of us are unaware of or hesitant to embrace our full power and potential. Our society places little value on intuition, sensitivity, empathy and kindness. But embracing our inner healer is a birthright. It is a portal for entering the sacred. A garden we tend to caringly, every day, weeding out the plants that stunt new growth, making space for fresh blooms. When we connect with our true nature, we increase our energetic vibration. We become better able to connect with each other, the earth, and the great universe. By healing ourselves, we can support others in their own healing.

Join Mary Hoyt Kearns, PhD, author, energy healer and life coach, and Marga Fripp, lifelong women’s empowerment leader and expressive arts therapist, for a five-week interactive experiential journey to awaken our inner healer and cultivate daily self-love and wisdom. During each session, we will step into our power through creative rituals using expressive arts (journaling, art-making, poetry reading and writing) and embodied mindfulness practices such as QiGong, Yoga, and Reiki.

These practices help us to be present, surrender to the creative process, awaken our joy, and align mind, body, and spirit, allowing us to move through our energetic blocks, access our inner knowing, and remember our wholeness.

The class will be held weekly on Tuesdays, via Zoom, 7:00pm-8:30pm EST: September 28, October 5, October 12, October 19, and October 26.

Together, each week, we will support and celebrate with each other seeking the good in ourselves and in the world through guided breathwork, mindful movement, creative expression, reflection and meaningful conversation. Participants receive a program booklet with weekly journal prompts and daily 15-minute rituals to practice between classes and cultivate self-love, self-awareness, and gratitude. This program is offered online, Live on Zoom. Zoom information will be provided upon registration. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Mary at or Marga at To register, visit or
