The Healer’s Journey: Creative Ritual Practices for Cultivating Self-Love

about this event

A five-week guided experiential journey to awaken our inner healer and cultivate self-love and wisdom

Tuesdays: January 25, February 1,  February 8, February 15 and February 22

7:00pm-8:30pm EST

Everyone is a healer. Yet many of us are unaware of, or hesitant to, embrace our full power and potential. But embracing our inner healer is a birthright. When we connect with our true nature, we increase our energetic vibration. We become better able to connect with each other, the earth, and the great universe. By healing ourselves, we can support others in their own healing.

Join Mary Hoyt Kearns, PhD, author, energy healer and life coach, and Marga Fripp, lifelong women’s empowerment leader and expressive arts therapist, for a five-week interactive experiential journey to awaken our inner healer and cultivate daily self-love and wisdom. During each session, we will step into our power through creative rituals using expressive arts (journaling, art-making, poetry reading, and writing) and embodied mindfulness practices such as QiGong, Yoga, and Reiki.

These practices help us to be present, surrender to the creative process, awaken our joy, and align mind, body, and spirit, allowing us to move through our energetic blocks, access our inner knowing, and remember our wholeness.

Together each week, we will support and celebrate with each other, seeking the good in ourselves and in the world through guided breathwork, mindful movement, creative expression, reflection and meaningful conversation. Participants receive a program booklet with journal prompts and daily 15-minute rituals to practice between classes and cultivate self-love, self-awareness, and gratitude.

This program is offered online. Zoom information will be provided upon registration. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Mary at or Marga at

Tuition: $150

Please note: In order to provide the fullest experience for everyone, we require a minimum and maximum number of participants. We will cap the attendance so that everyone will have an opportunity to share each week, if they’d like. And, if we do not meet our minimum registration, your tuition will be refunded.
