Take a Breath: Online Mindfulness Meditation Meet-up

Charlotte Kay, LMFT, will teach mindfulness skills ONLINE in this 60-minute meet-up every Sunday of the month at 5PM PST. The session a guided mindfulness meditation, followed by Q&A/sharing. Experienced meditators and newbies are welcome!
