WHAT IS BREATHWORK HEALING
In many cultures the word breath is synonymous with the word spirit or soul.
Breathwork Healing is a two-step pranayama breathing pattern technique used to unlock and release any stuck energy within the body brought on by physical or emotional trauma. Breathwork Healing naturally activates respiration, energizes, cleanses, and reconnects the body to a state of maximum balance on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level. The flood of oxygen increases self clarity by calming the central nervous system.
After a Breathwork Healing session many people report improved sleeping patterns and an overall lift in spirit or mood.
