Step 1 Meditation Course

You begin to strengthen your personal space by learning to be centered, to be in charge of your attention. Be grounded, to be present and in your body, in communication with yourself. Create energetic boundaries, to have clarity of your own space and not merge with the energy of others. Meditate, to integrate spirit and body. Release past-time emotions and the energy of others in your space, work with chakras and your aura and why they’re important. De-energize pictures, a great healing tool, to release the emotional charge from past time experiences and beliefs.

Class includes: Weekly 2-hour class, Monday night healing clinics, Step 1 Review Class (when available), First week of Step 2

Tuesdays: Oct 31 to Dec 127:30 pm to 9:30 pm Pacific Time

Thursdays: Nov 02 to Dec 147:30 pm to 9:30 pm Pacific Time

Sundays: Nov 05 to Dec 1710:30 am to 12:30 pm Pacific Time

Class is 7-week long and offered online via Zoom and visit to register directly and avoid any fees.
