Our world is loud and that’s why silence is the most sought-after luxury! So, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced meditator, if you’re looking for some quiet mindful moments, join us for a silent meditation.
It is what it says on the label; there will be no music or spoken guidance. Simply sit quietly and become still. Go in (inside your mind) and let everything remain outside. Now immerse yourself in complete silence.
Silence can be so restful, restoring and energising. It’s worth any discomfort or boredom we may encounter in the process.
Please note: The meditation will start promptly at 6.30pm. Arrive by 6.25pm latest. Latecomers will not be able to join.
