But self-hypnosis can also be a powerful tool for accessing the subconscious mind and retraining limiting belief systems. Like meditation, hypnosis is simply a state of deep concentration and attention. While in this state, the subconscious mind can powerfully focus on the problem or issue at hand and work through it in a way that they likely couldn’t while working in their conscious mind.
