Sacred Plant Transmission and Reiki Meditation

about this event

Attune to the energy and teachings of one of our indigenous plant allies, sacred white sage (salvia apiana), through shamanic transmission, meditation and reiki.

We’ll explore the energetics of this inner/outer space aided by the sentient spirit of sage medicine, a powerful master teaching plant common to the southwest. Experience a group reiki healing and the medicine of community connection with song, drumming, rattling and silent contemplation.

Facilitaied by Patricia Freebery, MA, LMFT, a psychotherapist specializing in addiction and a practitioner of Traditional Amazonian Shamanism, informed by the South American Shipibo-Conibo and Quechua-Lamista lineages. She follows the Red Path ways and is a Sun Dancer with the Dakota Tipi nation of Manitoba, Canada, and is an initiate in the West African Bwiti rites under the guidance of Gabon’s most respected spiritual leaders and grandmothers.

We’ll be hosted by the graceful guide and educator Sadie Adams, founder of Take Care, the Venice sanctuary of balanced healing and meditation.

Helping to support this container of energetic meditation will be Dee Blake and Moe Smith, Reiki practitioners.
