IMPORTANT NOTE:

Must have attended an Intro Talk in order to enroll. 

  • Held in-person and with limited availability via Zoom      
    • Please keep in mind that learning in-person is always the preference. This new online offering is ideally for those who are non-local, immune-compromised, or absolutely unable to attend in person.   
    • If you live locally to Boulder please make an effort to at least attend in person on the first day (the day where you receive your mantra).       
  • You must attend all 4 sessions    
    • each session runs approximately 2 hrs      
  • Note: time is in Mountain Standard Time.  
  • YDM doorfront is next to Twig Salon and FoodLab.

Parking

•Meter parking right in front of the studio.

•Across the street on Pearl is free all day.

•Neighborhood parking is 3 hrs free (I usually park on 19th St or Spruce)

•On Pearl st btw 19th & 20th is 2 hrs free

•Sunday free parking everywhere
