Starting on a new moon in Virgo, the ‘Reconnecting to Our Inner Artist’ retreat by Clariness Co is an intimate creativity and wellness travel experience of mindful luxury, set in La Costa Brava, Spain from 27 August to 2 September 2022. This beautifully curated retreat aims to create a safe space where you can reconnect to your inner artist and get in touch with your innate creativity, within the support of a community. Our intention is to lovingly create a memorable experience that nurtures creativity, inner peace, and soulful connections. Every day, we will be cocooned by our gentle wellness practices making you feel aligned and radiant. These will include meditation, breathwork, yoga, yoga nidra, journaling, and south baths. There will also be creative workshops hosted by the Artists-in-Residence: Lucia Dami (visual artist), Julia Astok (photographer), and Claudia Catalán (writer & creative director). All of this magic will unfold in the idyllic setting of La Costa Brava, where we will be able to reconnect with the tenderness of nature.
