We will begin with a heart-opening Cacao ceremony. You will then be guided into embodiment practices and dance, to get you out of your head and into your body, releasing the stagnant energies of the past and making space for the new. 

We will partner up for some basic (clothes on) tantric practices, to deepen our connection with each other. We will close with an energetic activation to help us feel radiantly alive. 

In this safe, judgement-free container we will reignite our inner power, create space for intimacy and meaningful connection, while expanding our capacity to give and receive love.

SEQUOIA

Sequoia is a Certified Life Coach and Sacred Sensuality coach with over a decade of experience. After obtaining her MA in Digital Media Management, she founded several online businesses. After achieving material success Sequoia began searching for more. She left everything behind and became a Certified Tantra Teacher, Active Meditation Facilitator and Life Coach. She is passionate about wellness, embodiment and alternative healing.

PHOENIX

Phoenix is a Certified Life Coach and founder of TribaLights Non-Profit. He has overcome much adversity which gives him the unique ability to empathize with what it takes to surmount some of life’s most difficult challenges. He is a also a Certified Yoga Instructor and Ecstatic Dance Facilitator. He is passionate about Mental Health, Movement and expanding human consciousness.
