Workout with Ivory Howard IRL!

Join me for a 45-minute Pilates class at Lululemon Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, MD. During a class, Pilates instructor Ivory Howard will guide you through a series of poses whether you’re a beginner who wants an introduction, someone hoping to learn new poses at their own pace, or an advanced student seeking to develop their skills. 

Open to all levels. 

Remember to bring a yoga mat and water.
