First, a circle of trust is created and the possibility explored that revealing ourselves is the path to being known and loved by others. We break down the fears and self-limiting beliefs that prevent us from accessing true and meaningful connection. Next, you will be invited to share based on prompts and facilitated exercises. This is where the magic happens.
