Join us for a discussion about how to create sacred settings for deep healing and transformation.

Ceremonies are ancient cultural practices that allow us to enter expanded states of awareness and presence, by communing with the spirit of natural elements, plant medicines and invisible benevolent forces.

In ceremony, we step out of ordinary mindsets, attuning our brainwaves to frequencies that favor meditation, contemplation and reverence for our true, interconnected and interdependent nature.

We will share information on what elements and attitudes are necessary to hold a ceremony and also how to benefit the most from the experience as a participant.
