Ida & Josie work as a duo of yin and yang bringing yoga asanas, breathe work, guided meditation and healing to the everyday person as well as the seasoned yogi. They believe strongly in empowering people to find their own truth by owning and loving their story. Ida & Josie have run many retreats all around the world and continue their work individually as well as collectively under the name: NORDIC SISTERS.

They work closely in rhythm with Nature and align all their workshops, events and retreats with the seasons. Inspiring people to live in balance with nature and to understand that ‘it is not the Earth that belongs to us- it is us that belong to the Earth.’
