Moving Into Menopause

about this event

Join us as we gather to honour our experience as women through the journey of peri-menopause, menopause and beyond. Many of us may feel unprepared for this natural life transition that has been shrouded in secrecy and misinformation.

The menopause journey. No clear starting or ending point, odd diversions, and an estimated time of arrival that could span years. Menopause is certainly a trip. And needless to say, we could use some turn-by-turn directions. Knowing that you are not alone and that you are innately equipped with the resources and wisdom to move into this next stage can be empowering and life affirming.

Gather with us as we learn from experts to embody who we are and where we are on our journey. We will have a discussion of the different stages of menopause and how to recognise the symptoms of each stage. From breath to movement to nutrition and lifestyle we hope to give you tools and insight to help you move into menopause with greater ease and purpose.
