Moonday Lunar Yoga Flow and Yoga Nidra meditation is meant to tune into the Yin energies of Mondays. The hour long class will begin with a Yin inspired vinyasa. Yin allows the practitioner to experience a more introspective practice; postures are held longer and move into deeper stretches. This allows the body and mind to prepare for meditation.
Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation that brings awareness to your senses and physical body. Allowing the brain wave frequencies to slow down, and the body to move into a deeply relaxed state.
